What is the Return Policy?

Our Returns policy uses the indicated cooling-off period of 14 days.

If you experience problems with a defective item or an item that is not as expected, you can contact us within the specified 14 days and we will handle it with you.


What are the shipping options:

We deliver our products to every country in Europe. As of today we don't have the option to ship to countries outside of the EU. The shipping costs are included in the total price of the order


When will i receive my order?

We try to send out all the orders on the same day as quickly as possible and try to keep ourselves to the indicated shipping time that is showed on our website.

After we've sent the order out it will take a few business days to get the package to your doorstep, you can track your order via our Track & Trace service!
